Owners Corporation
Avenir is a strata title development. The Owners Corporation is the body that
collectively represents the Avenir apartment owners. All apartment owners are
automatically part of the Owners Corporation and are responsible for how the
building is managed, and for financial contributions to the maintenance of the
common property.
The Owners Corporation deals with all matters associated with the management
and administration of the common property including, but not limited to:
maintenance, cleaning, repairs, insurances, strata by-laws, and the
administration & sinking funds.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is a body of volunteer Owners, who are elected at the
Annual General Meeting to represent the Owners Corporation in the day-to-day
running of the strata scheme.

Executive Committee meetings
Executive Committee meetings are normally held every 2 months. All
applications for modifications / additions should be made in writing and placed
in the Owners Corporation mailbox located at the main gate. The applications
will be reviewed at the next Executive Committee meeting.
Minutes of Executive Committee meetings
Minutes of our Executive Committee meetings can be accessed by Owners from
the Owners Private Web. Owners web login is provided to Owners upon
registration.
