Information for new residents

Before moving in

New Owners and tenants are asked to contact Avenir's Building Manager at least a week before moving in, to request staff to install protective panels in the elevators in readiness for your move.

After you have moved in

All Owners and Tenants are requested to please complete a registration form online or print it and drop it off into the Avenir Owners Corporation mailbox located outside Avenir's main gate.

On receipt of your registration form, we will send you your Avenir Owners Private Web login details, so that you can access all the documents on that private site.

We would appreciate if you could please familiarise yourself with the Avenir Owners' Manual, which also contains the Strata Plan By-Laws. This will provide you with a good understanding of the development.

The Executive Committee of the Avenir Owners Corporation is available to assist you with any questions you may have and accept applications for any additions or modifications, as required by the by-laws.

Security − preventative measures

• Please do not keep or force the garage security gates open under any circumstances.
   
• Wait for the gate to close behind you before proceeding to your parking lot to prevent tailgaiters from following you.
   
• Make sure to close the pedestrian gate securely behind you, and do not open the gate for anyone you do not know.
   
• Please report any suspicious activity or trespassers to the police or your Executive Committee.

Pets

Dog Owners are reminded of their responsibility to:

• Always keep their pets on a leash when walking around the property
   
• Pick-up after their pets to ensure the cleanliness of Avenir's environment and the health of all residents
